OUR STORY
A Vision Built on Engineering
Ankara Yapı was founded in 2003 as a small structural engineering practice in Ankara. What began as a three-person team providing structural consultancy for residential developments has grown into an engineering and construction group of more than 200 engineers and site specialists, managing everything from design to handover under one roof.
Our philosophy is simple: engineering discipline and architectural vision aren't in tension — each sharpens the other. Every project moves through a cross-disciplinary team that brings structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering together in a shared BIM model, pairing design ambition with on-site precision.
Today, Ankara Yapı has completed more than 180 projects across residential, commercial, industrial, institutional, and restoration work, delivering over $1.4 billion in project value. From our headquarters in Ankara to site organisations across Turkey, we hold the same rigour at every scale.

Milestones Across 23 Years
2003
Founding
Ankara Yapı is founded as a small structural engineering consultancy serving residential developments.
2004 – 2012
Growth Into Full-Service Delivery
The firm transitions from consultancy to construction management with its first turnkey project, then earns ISO 9001 certification, builds out dedicated MEP and geotechnical engineering units, and enters the industrial sector.
2020
Ulus Han Restoration
Completion of the Ulus Han restoration establishes the firm's heritage-conservation capability, working to full preservation-board standards.
2021
Arts & Culture Centre
Delivery of the Ankara Arts & Culture Centre, developed with the municipality — one of our most complex engineering projects, carrying a parametric design directly into fabrication.
2022
Söğütözü Finance Tower
Completion of the 34-storey Söğütözü Finance Tower, with its double-skin curtain wall and smart-building systems, becomes the firm's flagship project in Ankara's financial district.
2024 – Bugün / Today
Etimesgut Campus & Today
With the Etimesgut Logistics & Industrial Campus underway, we continue to grow as a group that has completed more than 180 projects and delivered over $1.4 billion in value across 23 years.
